血府逐瘀汤加减治疗偏头痛疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of modified Xuefuzhuyu decoction on migraine

目的 观察血府逐瘀汤治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法 将 62例偏头痛患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 3 2例 ,运用血府逐瘀汤治疗 ,5日为 1个疗程 ,平均治疗 4个疗程。对照组 3 0例 ,用氟桂嗪治疗 ,5日为1个疗程 ,平均治疗 4.3个疗程。结果 治疗组总显效率 75 .0 % ,对照组总显效率 5 0 .0 %。治疗组总显效率优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 血府逐瘀汤治疗偏头痛疗效满意 ,无明显不良反应。提示血府逐瘀汤可能有扩张脑血管、改善脑供血及止痛等作用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Xuefuzhuyu decoction on migraine. Methods 62 patients with migraine were randomly divided into two groups. 32 patients in treatment group were treated by modified Xuefuzhuyu decoction for mean 4 treatment courses;30 patients in control group were treated by flunaritine for mean 4.3 treatment courses. Results The effective rate in treatment group was 75%,as compared with 50% in control group, there was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu decoction is effective in treating migraine, which may have the effects of dilating cerebral blood vessel, improving cerebral blood supplement and alleviating pain.
