显微联合手术治疗复杂性眼外伤的临床分析

Clinical analysis of combined microsurgery in treat complicated eye trauma

目的 探讨显微联合手术治疗复杂性眼外伤的方法及临床疗效。 方法 应用显微手术包括开放创口修补、前房成形、白内障摘除、玻璃体切除、眼内异物摘除及视网膜复位 ,治疗复杂性眼外伤 14 2 9眼。 结果 术后矫正视力提高者 12 49眼 (87 4% ) ,视力无提高者 180眼 (12 6% )。三联及三联以上手术 80 3眼 (56 2 % ) ,其中术中视网膜脱离复位率 10 0 % ,眼内异物摘除成功率 10 0 %。 结论 采用显微联合手术治疗复杂性眼外伤能同时处理多个合并症 ,减少患者多次手术痛苦 。

Objective To observe and analyze the methods and effects of combined microsurgery in treating complicated eye trauma Methods One thousand four hundred and twenty nine eyes with complicated trauma were selected to a retrospective study The patients were treated by microsurgery including the repair of the wounds,anterior chamber formation,cataract extraction,pars plana lensectomy,pars plana vitrectomy,intra ocular foreign body extraction and repositioretinae Result The post operative visual acuity of 1 249 eyes (87 4%) improved,while 180 eyes (12 6%) did not improve after operation 803 eyes (56 2%) underwent combined surgery Conclusion The combined microsurgery to treat the complicated eye trauma can simultaneously cure several complications The wounded eyes could be treated without delay,and the distress caused by repeated operation could be reduced
