摘要
在连续流条件下以活性污泥代替纯菌种进行UV诱变,结果表明诱变作用效果显著且具应用潜力。通过与普通驯化的污泥进行比较发现,经诱变活性污泥更适于降解木质素,且效率较高。
UV induced mutation was conducted under the condition of continuous flow by using activated sludge in lieu of pure species. The result showed that the activated sludge after induced mutation has obvious effect and application potential. By making comparison with the conventional acclimated sludge, it is found that the activated sludge after induced mutation is more suitable for degradation of lignin and with high efficiency.
