摘要
目的 探讨聚乳酸 (PLA) /羟基磷灰石 (HA) /脱钙骨基质复合材料 (DBM)的成骨作用及重建椎板骨缺损的效果 ,及其防粘连作用。方法 对 6只成年犬手术形成L1、L3 、L5椎板缺损 ,分别置入复合材料、明胶海绵及空白对照。 2、4、6个月后分别观察各组缺损区成骨情况、粘连情况。结果 本复合材料成骨作用良好及早期达到椎板骨质融合 ,且有明显的防粘连作用 ,明胶海绵有一定成骨作用 ,但强度不够 ,短期内不能达到稳定作用。
Objective To evaluate the effects of PLA/HA/DBM on the osteogensis,the reconstruction of bone defect,and prevention of adhesion in vivo.?Methods L 1 ,L 3 ,L 5 laminectomy were performed to six dogs. PLA/HA/DBM and glutin sponge were used to reconstruct the bone defect of lumbar lamina in two of the operated dogs respectively;the other two animals were spared of any reconstruction and were used as the blank control. At 2,4,6 months following the operation,the condition of osteogenesis and adhesion at local bone defection were observed by surgical exploration,X ray examination and histological methods.?Results PLA/HA/DBM manifested satisfactory osteogenic effect and the reconstruction of bone defect were completed within 6 months; glutin sponge also manifested osteogenic effect,which was much lesser than that of PLA/HA/DBM,and the newly formed bone was much weaker in intensity than that of PLA/HA/DBM, which means that it could not be expected to stabilize the post column of spine.?Conclusion This new composite can be expected to be used as an effective artificial bone in orthopedic practice.
