摘要
目的 研究大鼠颅脑损伤后亚低温治疗对脑细胞内钙离子浓度的影响 ,揭示亚低温保护脑细胞钙离子通道及减轻脑水肿的作用。方法 通过硬膜外自由落体打击法 ,制备颅脑损伤动物模型 ;采用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜技术 ,测定颅脑损伤后脑细胞内钙离子浓度变化及脑组织含水量的变化。结果 亚低温组大鼠伤后 6、2 4、4 8小时脑细胞内钙离子浓度明显低于同时相常温组大鼠 (P <0 .0 1) ,伤后 4 8小时亚低温组脑水肿程度较轻 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 亚低温能够减少颅脑外伤后大量胞外钙离子移入胞内 ,减缓脑细胞内钙超载 。
Objective To study the influence of mild hypothermia on calcium ion concentrations in rat brain cells and brain edema after craniocerebral injury and disclose the protective effect of mild hypothermia.?Methods Animal models were induced by a free falling device and the changes in calcium ion concentrations of brain cells were measured by laser scanning confocal microscope.?Results The calcium concentrations in rat brain cells of mild hypothermia group were significantly lower than those of normothermia group 6,24,48 hours after injury and the water contents in mild hypothermia group 48 hours after injury were lower than normothermia group.?Conclusion Mild hypothermia can decrease the inflow of calcium ions in brain tissue after craniocerebral injury so as to alleviate calcium overloading in brain cells and lower the severity of brain edema.
