摘要
聚乳酸有良好的组织相容性和生物降解性 ,在骨组织工程中得到深入研究。本文就近年来聚乳酸 (polylacticacid ,PLA)的研究进展 ,包括PLA的性质与材料性能、PLA在骨组织工程的支架材料、引导性骨再生膜。
PLA has good characters of tissue compatibility and biodegradability,now it gets deep researches on bone tissue engineering. We reviewed the recent development of PLA,including its material quality in the bone tissue engineering,the applications in the bracket materials,in the inductive bone regenerative membrane and in the composite artificial bone.
