Despite the considerable progress in internal fixation in the limb fractures,numerous problems and complications are mounted. The most common misplays include inappropriate indications,implants,procedures and timing of surgery. To minimize the faults and complications,surgeons should carefully identify the indications and timing of surgery and select the better approaches and implants respectively.
