面对中国经济社会发展重大战略需求,农产品加工业受到了前所未有的关注,迎来了重大发展机遇。阐述了农产品加工业的战略定位、重要意义、市场潜力以及加入WTO带来的发展机遇,并提出了农产品加工业的科技发展对策。
Confronted with the economy and society significant strategic demands of our nation, the processing of agro-products received more concerning and important development opportunity than ever. The strategic location, significance, market potentiality and opportunity from entering WTO of agro-products processing were discussed, development strategies of science and technology on the processing of agro-products were presented.
