摘要
对水提法提取茶皂素的工艺进行了研究,确定最佳工艺条件为:浸提温度85℃、pH 10.0、固液比1∶10、浸提时间8h。利用壳聚糖为絮凝剂,用超滤膜进行超滤,超滤压力0.14MPa,时间120min,得到85%的茶皂素。
The study on extraction of tea saponin using water was conducted. The optimum extracting conditions were obtained as follow: T=85℃, pH=10.0, material-water 1∶10, t=8h. Using chitosan as flocculate and ultrafiltrate(pressure 0.14MPa,t=120min) obtained 85% tea saponin.
