摘要 结合聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)的性能特点以及纺丝试验的体会,讨论了PTT纺丝工艺控制过程中的几个问题。PTT易结晶,干燥过程中可以简化预结晶过程;PTT热稳定性较差,应尽可能降低熔融纺丝温度并减少熔体在管道中的停留时间;现有涤纶纺丝拉伸一步法长丝生产装置制取PTT全拉伸丝(PTT-FDY)时,因纤维内应力得不到充分的松弛,出现卷装退卷困难的现象。试验表明,通过调整纺丝、拉伸和卷绕工艺可以得到卷装稳定的PTT-FDY,满足工业化生产要求。 Some key points in the control of PTT spinning process were studied according to the properties of PTT polymer and experience in PTT fiber spinning experiments. The pre - crystallizing process can be simplified be-cause PTT is easy to crystallize, and due to the poor thermal stability of PTT, the melt temperature of PTT spinning should be controlled as low as possible and the residence time of PTT in the pipeline should also be re-duced. For the PTT - FDY filament produced in the normai one - step draw - spinning unit,it is always diffi-cult to unwind filament from package because the stress in the fiber structure cannot relax effectively in time. Experiments showed that it was possible to produce PTT - FDY with a stable package which meet the require-ment of industrial production through adjusting the spinning, drawing and the winding parameters.
