摘要 研究了奇冰石纳米复合材料在负离子腈纶生产中的应用,探讨了该添加剂的加入及工艺控制方法。试验结果表明:用这种纳米复合材料作为添加剂制成的负离子纤维的质量与常规纤维无异,初步具备了批量生产的条件。 The application of rare ice stone nanometer compoite material as a kind of additive in production of anionic acrylic fibers was studied,and the methods of dosing the additive and controlling the process were discussed. Ex-periments showed that the anionic acrvlic fibers produced with such kind of nanometer compoite material as additive could rival the common fibers in quality,and there is a preliminary condition for batch manufacturing.
