摘要
上海石化股份有限公司现有库存量大,结构不尽合理,库存占用了大量资金、场地和人力,大大制约了公司的发展,已引起公司各方高度重视。本文在介绍了几种基本的库存控制方法的基础上,对改善公司目前库存管理的提出了几条建议。
Shanghai Petrochemical Co. Ltd. (SPC) has a large inventory with an unreasonable structure,thus taking a large amount of capital,space and manpower. The problem has restricted the development of SPC and has drawn much attention of many different departments in the company. This paper presented several proposals to improve the current inventory control of SPC based on the introduction of several basie inventory control methods.
