Research of the Frequency Management System for the Short-Wave Communication

短波通信是目前海上舰船实施远程通信的重要手段。为了克服各种因素对短波通信的干扰 ,保障岸台与海上舰船之间远程通信的实时畅通 ,提出了将频率管理系统运用于海上短波通信中 ,实现短波通信网络动态频率管理的新思路。通过对短波频率管理系统结构进行分析 ,阐述了短波通信动态频率管理中的关键实现技术。

Short-wave communication is the main means of the remote communication between ships on the sea. In order to overcome different interferences on the short-wave communication, and to ensure a real-time and smooth remote communication, in this paper a new idea about the dynamic frequency management for the control of the short-wave communication is presented. The structure of the short-wave frequency management system is studied, and the key technique for dynamic management is put forward.
