议矿产资源的资产化与资源化管理

The Asset Management and Resource Management of Mineral Resources

本文在分析矿产资源资产化管理的内涵、优越性和局限性及矿产资源资源化管理的内涵、必要性和局限性的基础上,借鉴国外资源管理的经验,根据矿产资源的特性和我国的国情,认为只有将矿产资源的资源性管理和资产化管理有机地结合,才能达到有效管理矿产资源的目的,同时提出了改革我国现行资源管理体制的建议。

Based on the analyses of the advantages and disadvantages of the asset management and resource management of mineral resources,as well as international experience of resource management ,the characteristics of mineral resources and the conditions of Chian,this paper holds the effective combination of the two management models can lead to the effective management of mineral nesourcse The paper also presents the suggestions on reforming the present management system of mineral resources in China.
