摘要
本文在明确矿业权定义的基础上,回顾了我国矿业权的沿革,阐明了我国矿业权的法律特征,论述了矿业权与矿产资源所有权的关系。
Beginning with the definition of the right of the mining industry,the paper presents its legal attributes and its history in China.Then the paper expounds the relationships between the right of the mining industry and the property right of mineral resources.
