传播距离对管中导波传播特性的影响 被引量:8

INFLUENCE OF PROPAGATION DISTANCE ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF ULTRASONIC GUIDED WAVE PROPAGATION IN PIPES

摘要 在自由管材的情况下,分析了传播距离和管材中较低阶纵向导波模式波包幅度的关系。理论及实验结果表明,对于不同检测距离和内径 壁厚比的管材,检测中应用不同的导波模式,所用的激发脉冲周数和频厚积也应不同。在管材中激发和接收的导波模式中,L(0,2)模式的波包幅度较大,而L(0,1)模式的波包幅度较小,理论和实验结果是一致的。 The relationship between the wave-packet amplitude of ultrasonic longitudinal lower order guided waves and the propagation distances in free pipes was analyzed. Theoretical and experimental results showed that different modes of guided waves, cycles of pulse and frequency-thickness products should be selected for the pipes of different propagation distances and ratios of inner-radius to thickness. The wave-packet amplitude of guided wave mode L(0,2) excited and received in a pipe was higher than that of mode L(0,1). The results of theory and experiment were in good agreement.
