摘要
目前国内各行业使用的工业管道施工规范主要还是各自颁发的行业标准,各行业标准之间的技术要求差别较大。以GB50235—1997,SH3501—2001和DL5007三个压力管道标准和有色金属管道为例,对相关标准中规定的无损检测的比例、合格等级及引用的评定标准进行了归纳对比,以供压力管道工程施工验收参考。理解和掌握相关技术规范是保证工业管道质量的重要条件。
At present, most standards for industrial pipeline construction in our country are issued by industrial sectors, and they are different in requirements. The proportion of the praduct to be tested, acceptance levels and evaluation criterion stipulated in the standards for pressure pipelines GB 50235, SH 3501 and DL 5007 and for nonferrous metal pipelines have been discussed and analysed to provide a reference for the construction and acceptance check of pressure pipelines. To know well and master the relative specifications is important for the quality of industrial pipelines.
