摘要
在磨削加工中,受机床、砂轮、工件、夹具等众多因素的影响,加工工件的尺寸精度和精度一致性呈现出不确定性和严重的非线性。本文对可转位刀片磨削加工时尺寸误差的产生原因进行分析,提出了一种磨削加工尺寸误差在线智能补偿算法,设计了一种智能误差补偿系统,分析了系统的输入输出响应。系统分析表明,系统具有良好的稳定性和动态性能,工件的期望尺寸即为系统的稳态输出。
In grinding process, the dimensional precision of work piece shows its uncertainty and non-linearity because of the machine tool property, the grinding wheel, the clamp, etc. Based on the analysis of the causation of grinding dimensional error, this paper puts forward a new intelligent error compensation algorithm, designs an error compensation system and analyzes its input-output response. System analysis shows that the intelligent error compensation system has good stability and dynamic property, and that its stable output is the expected work piece dimension.
