摘要
探讨了电容层析成像(ECT)系统仿真研究的内容和意义。介绍了自开发的ECT系统三维有限元分析软件的主要功能及特点。该软件的最大特点是实现了灵敏度分布的快速计算。用该软件分析了三种轴向结构不同的ECT传感器的敏感场,即UMIST型:测量极板的上下设置有接地的环型保护极板;METC型:测量极板的上下设置有分段驱动的保护极板;Bergen型:无轴向保护极板。比较分析了它们的边缘效应,静态电容值和三维灵敏度分布。分析结果对ECT传感器的结构选型及参数设计有指导意义。
The simulation of electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) system is discussed. The main function and feature of the self-developed three-dimensional finite-element simulation software are described. Its most outstanding feature is the fast calculation of sensitivity distribution. The sensing fields of three different structure capacitance tomography sensors, i.e. type UMIST: with earthed ring guards; type METC: with driven segmented guards and type Bergen: without guards, are analyzed by using the software. Their fringe effects, standing capacitances and the three-dimensional distributions of sensitivity are compared. The analysis results are helpful to the structure selection and the parameter design of capacitance tomography sensors.
