摘要
本文从内隐认知的特征、内隐认知在促进大学生体育与健康学习领域中的体现及对相关现象的理论解释和内隐认知与隐性体育课对大学生体育健身行为的影响等 3个方面 ,阐述了内隐认知在促进大学生体育与健康中的功效。试图通过本文研究 ,促使高校体育教育更加关注大学生的体育内隐学习 ,从而与外显体育学习相伴生辉 ,实现体育课程贯彻健康第一、促进学生全面素质发展的多元教学目标。
This article explain the function of implicit cognitive in promoting university students'sports health from three respects,such as its characteristics,its embodiment in sports health promote and understand and explains of relevant phenomenon,the influence of it and implicit sports class to university students'body health.Through this article research,I hope the future P.E. education of university can pay close attention to sports implicit study, so it can blaze together with outside of sports study.Then,we can realize the sports course and carry out the first of health,plural teaching goal bringing about an advance in student's overall quality.
