摘要
人才是众多社会资源中最为重要的资源。本文从市场化角度分析了我国人才市场、人才政策和人才文化素质结构,从人才配置机制、效益、数量和结构调整等方面论述了人才需求的现状,并对其成因进行了比较分析。
Talented persons are the most important resource among the numerous social resources. From the view of marketization, this paper analyses the market, the policy and the cultural elements of the talented persons in our country, discusses the status quo of the requirement for talented persons from the view of distribution mechanism, efficiency , number and structural adjustment, and then analyses the cause of them.
