摘要
根据加热炉推钢机的工作原理和特点 ,对推钢机推力进行校核计算并分析了其影响因素 ,阐述了加热炉推钢机系统的振动问题 ,指出了生产振动的原因 ,提出了改进措施 。
On the basis of the working primciple and peculiarity of the pushing steel machine of heating furnace,the thurst of the pushing steel machine is calculated and analysed,the vibrant problem of the system is expounded,the reasons of vibration are pointed out,and the improvement measure is proposed in the paper.The viewpoints mentioned above possess practical value in solving the vibrant problem of the system.
