网络与信息技术的发展,使图书馆自建数据库成为可能。而图书馆集成管理系统的书目数据库,更是为图书馆自建数据库提供了数据资源。本文以TRS为例,论述了文献信息管理系统的功能、作用及建设与发布。

With the development of network and information technique, it' s possible for the library to construct its own database. The Catalogue Database of Library Integration Management System offers the sources of data to the library to construct its own database. This paper gives an example of the TRS to dissertate the function, construction and popularization of the literature and information management system.
