摘要
咨询接谈一直是参考咨询工作中一个重要环节,新时期也不例外。从咨询馆员角度出发,认为应从树立良好第一印象、运用科学接谈技巧及避免不良心理因素干扰等方面确保咨询接谈的有效进行。
The reference interview has been always an important part of reference service. So is the case in the new age. From the aspect of reference librarian, the author thinks the effective interview can be achieved through making good impression , mastering proper skills and avoiding negative mental factors etc.
