摘要
分析了信钢小方坯产生角部纵裂纹的原因,提出了相应的控制措施及解决方法。经过几个月的实验,小方坯角部纵裂废品基本消失,取得了良好的冶金效果。
The paper analysed the causes of longitudinal comer crack of CC Billets of Xinyang Iron&Steel Co. and proposed the measures to control and solve the defect.The longitudinal corner crack scrap of Billets disappeared almostly after four and half months test. Yielded the good metallurgical results.
