My Understanding of Some Problems Concerning the Development of China Oil and Petrochemical Industry

结合中国石油石化业中长期发展研究工作,对国际国内宏观环境、战略定位和制定正确的发展战略、 体制改革和机制创新、开放和联合推进石油安全战略、低成本生产清洁燃料、应对成品油市场开放的 挑战、突出核心业务和强化核心企业、与跨国公司建立利益共同体、从生产商变成供应商及科技是发 展的生命线等问题阐述了自己的见解。

The paper, in the light of the research work on the long-run development of China oil and petrochemical industry, gives a good account of the author's opinions concerning the following aspects: the macro-environment both internal and external, strategic orientation and making correct development strategy, system reform and promoting oil security strategy by opening and allying, production of clean fuels at low cost, dealing with the challenge from opening oil product market, giving priority to core business and strengthening core enterprises, building communities of common interests with multi-national corporations and turning from producers into suppliers as well as taking science and technology as the life-line of development.
