The Design Was Optimized to Assure Safety Operationof Dry Style of Gas Tank

稀油密封干式气柜普遍应用于钢铁企业储存煤气,而用于炼油厂储存瓦斯气也仅仅是近些年出现的现象,由于干式气柜自身特点所限,一些炼油企业在使用过程中出现一些问题,导致气柜不能安全、有效运行,重点介绍克拉玛依石化公司在干式气柜运用方面的一些经验和体会,希望给有关设计和生产单位提供参考。

The dry gas cabinet sealed by dilute oil has been used widely to store gas in steel industry while having been used in refinery industry to store gas just in recent years. As being limited by its own characteristic, the cabinet cann't operate in safety and efficiency for the problems happened during application of the cabinet in some refinery companies. In view of the above case, this paper will focus some experience and understanding from the application of the cabinet used in Karamay Petrochemical Company to the related design and production units for referemce.
