摘要
介绍了ISO 9000(2000版)族标准的“八项质量管理原则”,指出了石油销售企业在质量管理观念、管理承诺、管理手段、全员参与、管理体系方面存在的问题,提出了应在质量观念、管理体系上进行创新,加强质量控制和持续改进,确保经营全过程中油品质量受控,使企业获得预期收益。
Eight Qaulity Control Principles of ISO9000 ( '2000) standard are introduced in detail. Problems concerning management concept, methods, participation of all staff and management system are presented. Measures such as renovating concept and system, enhancing quality control should be taken to make profit.
