摘要
结合206国道加油站的情况,分析了加油站消费群体的不同需求、车流群体的运行规律,探讨了他们对油品及服务方面的心理需求,进而有针对性地提出了搞好营销和提高效益的办法:树立品牌形象,搞好营销承诺制,向倾情服务要市场,靠有奖销售聚集用户。
Different demand for oil products of various consumers on No. 206 national highway is analyzed . The rules of traffic flow and demand for service are also analyzed. Based on the analysis, four measures to improve efficiency are presented.
