摘要
建造大型单圆筒形储油罐普遍采用高强度钢板,对钢极的力学性能、焊接性能等均有较高要求,给钢板的订货及现场施工带来不少困难,而且造价也高。液力平衡式大型油罐的设计思路,较好地解决了上述问题。该文介绍了液力平衡式大型油罐的结构形式和壁厚计算方法,同时提出了液力平衡式大型储油罐设计时应注意的主要问题。
The construction of large-scale single cylinder storage oil tank commonly adopted high strength steel plate . The requirement of steel plate mechanical property, welding performance were high, and brought about much difficulty with Steel plate purchase order and the construction in site. And the cost was also high. The design thought of hydraulic balance type oil tank solved the above problem. The structure shape and the calculation method of wall thickness were recommended in this article. The main problems needing attention during the design of hydraulic balance type large-scale oil tank were put forward simultaneously.
