沉降器旋风分离器壳体断裂失效分析 被引量:1

摘要 中国石油大庆石化公司炼油厂1000kt/a催化裂化沉降器中1台单级旋风分离器壳体发生断裂事故,壳体材质为20R。为查清原因,对原壳体材质的化学成分、常温和高温力学性能、金相组织、硬度等进行了分析和检验,并与新20R钢板作了对比。分析结果认为,旋风分离器的断裂与其下部的蒸汽盘管和翼阀相碰无关,而是由于在拉-拉应力作用下,在主锥体与灰斗直筒间的角焊缝上首先产生了疲劳裂纹,生产过程中和冬季检修时促使裂纹扩展;重新开工投产后,在油气和催化剂的强烈冲击下最终导致断裂。 The shell fracture trouble of one set single stage cyclone in reactor for 1000kt/a catalytic cracking u-nit of Da Qing petrochemical company refinery was occurred. The material was 20R steel plate. For the sake of finding out the fracture reason, the analyses and inspections of original shell material chemical composition, mechanical properties of amhient temperature and high temperature, metallographic examination and hardness were conducted. And compared it with new 20R steel plate. The analyses results denoted that; There were a few relationships between cyclone fracture and the meeting between bottom steam coil pipe and wing valve. Under the action of tension-tension stresses, the fillet - welding seam between main cone shell and ash hopper straight cylinder occurred fatigue fissures at first. And during production process and winter maintenance, the fissures were propagated. After re - start up and putting into production, under the severe impact of oil gas and catalyst caused fracture finally
