摘要
简要分析了丙烯腈流化床反应器内旋风分离器的应用现状及其存在的问题,介绍了国内自主开发的一种新型两级旋风分离器的研究思路、技术特点及其在丙烯腈反应器中的应用情况。试验和工业应用证明,新型两级旋风分离器不仅分离性能优异,而且消除了现有装置扩能改造中的技术瓶颈。
The application situation and existing problems of cyclone in acrylonitrile fluidized bed reactor were analyzed briefly. The research thought and technical feature of new type two stage cyclone developed by us in domestic, and its application on acrylonitrile reactor were recommended. The results of testing and industrial application showed that: The new type two stage cyclone not only had the excellent separate performance, but also eliminated the technical bottle neck in expanding energy transformation of existing unit . It may be spreaded application.
