与普通患者相比较 ,SARS患者自主择医权、隐私权、“人身自由”权和身体支配权等的行使都与社会公益原则发生一定的冲突 ,因此SARS患者的权利受到了限制。同时 ,SARS患者必须以社会公益为重自觉履行相应的义务 ,包括及时就医、详尽而准确地提供病史信息、病愈后自觉捐献血清回报社会以及积极配合和支持医学研究等。这就从一个侧面揭示了社会既要关注和保护患者的合法权益 。
