摘要
在CONCONI递增强度运动中90%的受试者都出现了心率拐点,完成距离最短者心率拐点偏左、中长者居中、而最长者偏右,拐点心率与完成距离高度相关,但乳酸阈拐点出现在前,心率拐点出现在后可能证明血乳酸浓度改变可能是CONCONI心率拐点产生的重要机制。相对应的乳酸阈速度正好低于心率拐点速度一个等级,但该两种速度之间并未出现不规则变化差异,表明上述速度均可用于个体最大有氧速度,但哪一个阈值速度更为有效尚需作进一步研究。
Heart rate deflection point is found in 90% of all the subjects with incremental exercise and shows an apparent individual diversity by shifting from the left to the right with different distance workout. Different pace that heart rate deflection point appears after lactate threshold demonstrates that lactate concentration in blood may be the important mechanism to affect heart rate deflection point. Both velocity of lactate threshold and heart rate deflection point can be used as an indicator for evaluating individual maximal aerobic capacity, but which one is the best needs further research.
