摘要
企业管理制度蕴涵着独特的精神价值追求:公平精神、公共精神、人道精神。与其中任何一种精神相背离,企业管理制度就失去了合理性存在的价值依据。目前,我国企业管理制度中存在的种种伦理冲突导致了制度与其内在伦理精神的背离,而加速政府职能转变的步伐、建立企业意识形态投入机制、提高企业经营管理者的伦理品质则是实现企业制度伦理化的必然要求。
The system of enterprise management contains such spirits as equality, commonality and humanity. At present, ethical conflicts in the system of enterprise management in China have led to the deviation between the system and its inner ethic. It is necessary for the system of modern enterprise to speed up the transformation of government's function, set up enterprise ideology and improve the ethic of managers.
