Property Cooperation: The Developing Model of Agriculture Organization in China

农业组织化是解决我国"三农"问题,实现农村小康社会的必然选择。促进农业组织化的关键是主体组织模式的确定。本文通过对我国农业组织化发展趋向及产权合作的理论基础、发展动因、特点优势的分析研究,指出产权合作是我国农业组织化的主体模式之一并对产权合作的实现条件和路径选择进行了探讨。

Agriculture organization is the only choice to resolve the problem of peasants,agriculture and villages and to build a well-off society. The key problem is deciding the model of agriculture organization to improve development. We studied the theory bases, the reasons of development and the characters of the property cooperation. We showed that the development model of agriculture organization is property cooperation .On the bases, we studied the developing conditions and ways.
