高等教育大众化与提高教育质量

On the tendency of mass higher education and improving education quality

我国高等教育现已基本达到了国际公认的大众化标准,应把提高高等教育质量摆在突出的位置。在高等教育大众化、全面推进素质教育、建设学习型社会的时代背景下,高等教育应当被赋予新的内涵。当前应在体制和政策上为提高高等教育质量努力创造条件。

Chinese higher education has been basically achieved the standard of mass education, which is publicly approved in the world, thus, it is high time to emphasize on improving the quality of higher education. In the present background of mass higher education, overall improving quality education and constructing learning\|oriented society, higher education should be endowed with new connotation and significance. At present, great efforts on systems and policies have to be made to improve the quality of higher education.
