高等教育大众化背景下的教学质量保障问题

On the problems of teaching quality guarantee in the background of higher education massification

高等教育的超常规增长导致高校教育教学资源紧缺,引发部分高校办学指导思想上的偏差。我国高等教育大众化由于缺乏市场机制的驱动,缺乏通过外延式发展来适应规模增长,从而引发高校教学质量问题。保障高等教育大众化背景下的教育教学质量,必须建立以市场机制为核心的教育教学质量保障机制,建立分类型、分层次的高校教育教学评价制度。

The unconventional growth of higher education leads to deficiency of teaching resources in colleges and universities,and thus intrigues the deviation of guiding ideology of running schools in some institutes. Being lack of the motivation of market mechanism and being lack of externalization development to adjust to scale growth, Chinese mass higher education causes the problems of teaching quality. with a view to guaranteeing teaching quality in the background of mass higher education, we must establish the guarantee mechanism of teaching quality centered on market mechanism as well as type\|differentiated and level\|differentiated appraisal system.
