摘要
分析了面对新的竞争形势及读者需求的新变化图书馆开展知识服务的必要性,指出图书馆要想获得持续发展,就必须以用户为中心,采取多种措施,全方位地实行知识服务。
This paper analyzes the necessity for the library to develop the knowledge service in front of the new competitive situation and the new variations of readers' needs, and points out that if the library wants to get sustainable development, it must regard the users as the center and take various measures to carry out the knowledge service on every side.
