摘要
虚拟企业是知识经济条件下企业组织发展的必然趋势。文章阐述了虚拟企业的概念及其实质,通过与传统实体企业的对比,分析了虚拟企业的优点,在此基础上提出了促进我国虚拟企业发展的若干对策。
Virtual corporation is the inevitable trend of enterprise's development under knowledge economy condition. This paper explains the concept of virtual corporation and its essence, analyzes the merits of virtual enterprise through comparison with traditional entity corporation, and based on this puts forward several ways of promoting the development of domestic virtual Corporation.
