The issue and implement of < Valuation Norm Based on Engineering Quantities List of Construction Project>, which create a new pattern for construction cost management, will promote the deepening of the reform of construction cost management and the innovation of the system. In the light of the present situation of our country's present situation of construction cost management, this paper puts forward some measures of the reform.
