Study on the Growth of Enterprise Based on Knowledge Economy

知识经济时代,我国企业面临着难得的机遇和巨大的挑战,如何保持和加快企业成长步伐是企业发展的中心课题。文章在对知识经济分析的基础上,研究了知识经济条件下的企业成长规律,认为知识积累、企业学习、管理创新和组织创新是企业成长的必由之路。

In the times of knowledge economy, enterprises of our country face hard- to- get opportunities and big challenges. How to maintain and fasten enterprise growth is the central problem of enterprise development. This paper, based on the analysis of knowledge economy, studies on the law of enterprise growth, and holds that the accumulation of knowledge, learning of enterprise, innovation of organization and management are necessary measures for enterprises growth.
