摘要
施工企业要在激烈的市场竞争中立足,很重要的一点就是要实施成本控制。本文就施工企业的成本控制原则和不同时段的成本控制对象、目标、内容、方法及有关问题进行探讨,提出控制成本新思路。
In order to gain a foothold in an increasingly competitive market, construction enterprises should take the cost control into account. This paper introduces some personal views on the cost control principles of construction enterprises and the objects, targets, contents, methods and relative issues of the cost control in different stage.
