This paper expounds the basic economy system of the primary stage of socialism and the main contents of the theory about means of production ownership created by Jiang Zemin.They are:enlarging the range of the public ownership;the way of carrying out and diversifying the public ownership ;the non-public ownership economy is the significant part of the socialist market economy.This paper discusses the meaning of bringing forth new theory about means of production ownership.
