摘要 人本主义教育思想是20世纪中后期流行于西方的一种重要社会思潮,源于人本主义心理学。它对人性持乐观态度,强调人的自主性,自始至终把人的尊严和自由放在核心位置。人本主义教育思想对现代学校教育特别是对作为学校教育重要组成部分的德育有重要的启示意义。在学校德育工作中,要把学生看作目的,看作具体的人和能动的人。同时,在以人为本的德育中要避免几种错误认识,发挥好德育工作者和学生的积极性、参与性和能动性。 Humanistic educational thought is an important and popular thought in the middle period of 20th century.It stems from humanistic psychology.It has a good attitude to humanism,emphasises on human's own and consideres lastly human′s dignity and freedom to the center. Humanistic educational thought has an important effect on modern education,which is one of modern education. In carrying out morality education,students should be considered as goals , should be considered as specific men and active men .At the same time ,in humanistic morality education ,we should avoid several error astrays ,bring into play teachers and students positive ,anticipation and active.
