摘要
本文报道了草菇种间原生质体融合及其再生子实体,并从产量、形态、色泽等性状分析和同工酶、蛋白质、氨基酸等方面与亲本作了比较。
Interspecific protoplast fusion between Volvariella diplasia and V. voloacea has been reported. The comparisons of yields, morphology, colour and isozyme patterns, protein, amino acid contents are conducted.1. In using PEG method, the highest fusion rate may attain 95%, and4% in average.2. The majority of regenerated mycelia after fusion can form fruitbody, but their rate of abnormal mushroom is higher than their parents. Only a few can not form sporophores.3. The sporophore yield of some regenerated strains are significantly higher than their parents. The morphology and colour are intermediate between the parents.4. The isozyme patterns are different from parents in some regenerated fruitbodies. The protein amino acid contents of some regenerated sporophores are significantly highter than their parents.
