摘要
目的 MK 80 1对程序诱导大鼠烦渴行为 (SIP)的影响。方法 在每天 3h实验期内 ,通过程序性供应食物 (固定时间 60s)诱导被限食大鼠的SIP行为。结果 实验前 15minMK 80 1(0 .12 5mg·kg-1,ip)处理能减弱大鼠已建立的稳定的SIP行为 ,实验前 15min于前额皮层、伏隔核、杏仁核微量注射MK 80 1(7.0和 14 .0 μg)能减弱SIP行为 ,小剂量 (3 .5 μg)对SIP行为无显著影响。 结论 MK 80 1全身给药和中枢核团给药均能抑制SIP行为 ,提示谷氨酸能神经系统参与了SIP行为的调节。
Objective To observe the effects of MK-801, on schedule-induced polydipsia (SIP) in rats. Methods SIP was induced in the food-deprived rats under a fixed time (60 s) feeding schedule for 3 h daily. Results SIP was significantly suppressed by 15 min pre-session treatment with MK-801 (0.125 mg · kg -1 , ip).and also attenuated when MK-801 (7.0, 14.0 μg) were injected into prefrontal cortex, nucleus accumbens and amygdala, respectively. Conclusion Injecting MK-801 either by systematic or by intracerebral can inhibit SIP,It suggests that glutamatergic mechanism may be involved in the formation of SIP.
