毛樱桃(Prunus tomentosa Thunb)茎段的试管繁殖

摘要 本文的结果表明,黄化处理新梢是毛樱桃茎段离体繁殖的理想外植体。改良L培养基附加BA0.5mg/1+IAA2.0mg/1对芽的增殖和生长具有良好的作用。大于1cm的新梢削伤后接种于改良L培养基大量元素减半+IBA 2.0mg/1的培养基内,生根率可达94.4%。 The experimental results in this paper showed that the shoots, etiolated by covering the growing shoots with black paper bags, was a very useful source of explants for in vitro propagation of Manchu cherry. Modified L medium added with BA 0.5 mg/l-IAA2.0mg/l had a good effect on multiplication and growth of buds. The shoots longer than lcm were inoculated on the 1/2 modified L medium (macro-elements of modified L medium reduced half, other elements had no change) added with IBA2.0 mg/l,rooting percent rate could reach 94.4%.
