摘要
用日立835型高速氨基酸分析仪研究不同施肥情况下蔬菜游离氨基酸的积累表明:在正常情况下。叶菜组织内游离氨基酸的积累较少,在缺磷、缺钼的情况下或NO_2-N用量过大的情况下会导致叶菜组织内游离氨基酸的异常积累,使蛋白质的合成受阻。合理施用氮磷钾肥,适当增施钼肥,改善叶菜的光照条件,对降低叶菜硝酸盐的积累,提高叶菜的品质是行之有效的。
The accumulation of free amino acids in vegetables in ease of application of different fertilizers was studied with Hitachi 835 type high speed amino acid analyzer. The results showed that the accumulation rate of free amino acids in leaf vegetable tissue was relatively low under the normal circumstances, but became abnormal in case of P and Mo deficits or excess NO_2-N application so that the synthesis of protein was inhibited. Rational application of N, P, K fartilizers combined with adequat Mo application and amelioration of light condition in vegetable fields will effectively reduce the accumulation of nitrate in leaf vegetables and improve the quality of leaf vegetables.
