摘要
培养三个籼粳杂种F_1的花药,获得纯合二倍体花粉再生植株,分别与粳不育系寒丰A(BT型)杂交,分析花培再生植株对寒丰A的恢复力及测交杂种一代的杂种优势。结果表明,粳稻品种花培528(不具恢复能力)和籼恢复系测64-7正反交杂种F_1的花培后代中,出现具强恢复力的花粉植株。[86029(籼恢)/皖恢31(梗恢)]F_1杂种的花培后代中,具强恢复力的花粉植株占53.8%。测交杂种一代产量性状具有明显的杂种优势。籼梗杂种花药培养是一种改良和培育粳稻恢复系快速、有效的途径。
Regenerated homozygous diploid pollen plants were obtained by anther culture of three indica-sinica F_1 hybrids, which were testcrossed with Han Feng A, a BT type CMS line in sinica rice. The fertility' restoration ability of the regenerated plants to Han Feng A and the heterosis in the F_1 hybrids of the testcrosses were analysed. As shown by the results, some regenerated plants possessing normal fertility restoration ability (≥80%) occurred by anther culture of the reciprocal F_1 hybrids between the sinica cultivar 'Hua Pei 528' (not restoring) and the indica restorer line 'Cei 64-7'. Among the plants regenerated from the F_1 hybrid of 86029(indica restorer line)/Wan Hui 31(sinica restorer line), 53. 8% possessed normal fertility restoration ability. The heterosis of yield traits showed significant in the F_1 hybrids of the testcrosses. The anther culture of indica-sinica hybrids is a rapid and effective way to improve and develop sinica restorer lines.
